Provides a wide range of efficient and friendly services by Telephone/Service center to meet the expectations of the demanding business people. Routes all Lacoste Shirts to the correct person and assists in creating a favorable public image as port of the service.To answer all guest questions or request over the phone, record the incoming fax、message and room service order. Ensures that all reservations handled accurately and promptly, and all guest complaints are handle tactfully and with diplomacy. Be familiar with Console, Fax machine, Printer and JDS system and the standards operation of their areas. Be a competent user of available equipment and automation tools used within the department. Keep all telephone/ service center agent always on the alert for the unexpected.
